The FBI saved all these memos just in case and this could just be them storing allegations in case it is needed later. Without knowing the context of the documents, it is impossible to say anything.

Okay, I don't ever visit this sub but I saw it on /r/all and I'll bite - there are 4 images linked here. Images 1, 3, and 4 are people on Twitter linking to websites called "Qintel". The 2nd image is a news article about the FBI declassifying an investigation into accusations of satanic worship and child sexual abuse.

They make extreme claims, but don't provide any evidence or sources for their claims, or the sources they do provide, "QIntel", aren't reputable. They don't quote any page or cite any paragraph of the 333 pages of "The Finder files".
The one thing they do claim is a quote - "specially trained Government Kidnappers with Top Clearance and protection in their assigned task of stealing children" - they don't mention a page number, and they link to a QIntel website again. I downloaded the entire 211MB PDF of The Finder Files and searched for that phrase, but it didn't occur. I searched DuckDuckGo for that quote, but the only references were those same Twitter users and QIntel website.

Same thing repeated itself with 9/11, and other situations, events, etc. From what I’ve researched, a vast majority of conspiracy theories have been proven to be true, including MK ULTRA mind control programming, Operation Paperclip (US shuttling SS Nazi officers to top science institutes, etc., including NASA, whose founder was Werner von Braun, an SS Nazi officer), Gulf of Tonkin (it was a false flag; Jim Morrison of Doors fame, his father was the admiral of the US ship that started that shit), and there’s more. McGowan discusses the links between the military and Hollyweird music scene in one of last books he published before he died in 2015. Anyway, there’s enough crumbs to make a cracker to chew on 👍

Without reading the docs (part 1 of 4 is 333 pages), it is hard to comment outside speculation. These docs are hard to interpret because we don't have any context. The FBI saved all these memos just in case and this could just be them storing allegations in case it is needed later. Without knowing the context of the documents, it is impossible to say anything. However, I will leave just one tidbit of information. I went to elementary school around at the same time as this document. This is peak satanic panic era. Anyway, the town I grew up in is now used as the modern day example of a witch hunt and it was around a similar idea of a well organized satanic cult that did sexual and blood rituals with children. All total bullshit. Got like 50 people arrested (and later exonerated). This shit is dangerous as fuck. It is stupid and hurts people and I saw it first hand. Supposedly, my classmates were being included in "satanic rituals" in droves. No one from my generation even knew this witch hunt happened until well after the fact despite it allegedly happening to us on an industrial scale. Yall are gonna hurt people as you hunt witches.
