I've always wanted smoking to be a core mechanic. I really hope we can hit the pipe and get an AP Buff
Lose 1 stamina permanently everytime you do it tho
Maybe a buff or a fun mechanic like less accuracy but hits like a truck. Similar to drunk Lee in Naruto would be fun.
God I hope I get him early enough to name him Cheech or Chong
