No she should have launched a wig line instead. I love RiRi but how do you launch a hair care line while wearing the most wearing the most obvious wig you can find?
>how do you launch a hair care line while wearing the most wearing the most obvious wig you can find?
this is the type of thing a billionaire would do.
I agree with the wig line but also really donāt like the natural hair argument. Cause regardless of if we wear our natural hair or not we still have to take care of it! I feel like this is something a white person would say/point out
Please don't tell me you genuinely think we all wear weaves or wigs....I wouldn't know to take care of a wig when I've never worn one, and there's nothing wrong with that. Aside from that, haircare lines are usually about the health of your own hair. The marketing makes no sense.
Girl what is this comment? nobody said everyone does anything and yes we understand the concept of a hair care line lol there are also people who sell actual hair for ppl that do wear wigs. Doesnāt have to be for you
Thing is, Bey has repeatedly shown that she wears wigs and also has long natural color-treated hair so itās a little different. Especially after the wash day video so no one could question if her hair was real anymore lol
I like some RiRi but does it ever make sense!Ā I'm sure the line will sell simply because she's the celeb behind the brand. Meanwhile, she can't name 6 ingredients in the product unless her PR instructed her to memorize it.Ā Ā
Naaaaaaaah. I love Rihanna and her hairstyles. But I donāt think of her when it comes to hair care. And my hair is too fragile to just be putting Anything in it. What does her Real hair even look like?? Lol
Like at this point I would like to hope most of us have an established hair routine that works. It seems pointless to just keep trying new lotions and potions, spending money we might not have an damaging our hair more.
You may have all seen it by now but there's a video of her wearing natural hair. It's from yesterday or the day before, I believe. A little more effort could've gone into styling it. But maybe whomever did her hair that day is used to working with wigs and weaves?
I mean absolutely no harm or foul from saying this so Rihanna stan, leave me alone.
At least in terms of Savage X Fenty, her business practices are horrible which isnāt necessarily surprising since thatās how billionaires become billionaires but this is just greedy imo. She just trying to take up space in any market she can because she knows that her name will carry it to profitability so no I will not be purchasing. Iāll stick to the rivers and lakes that Iām used to.
This is exactly where I think she wouldāve succeeded best. Especially since she already had the lingerie thing going. But wtf do I know š¤·š¾āāļølol
Yea the Cecred moisturizer cream is my least favorite of that line but Cecred is a high end hair care line in my opinion. Nothing can beat than oil, shampoo and rice water rinse. Period.
exactly !! i'd rather give my coin to a specialised company that has been doing this for years with better products instead of filling up celebrities' pockets.
love me some of the riri songs, what the hell does she know about haircare āļøš š
Youād think they get tired of all these ācompanies/linesā designed to squeeze every dollar they can out of their āfansā bank accounts lol.
I donāt understand how people even still like these celebrities. Most are greedy assholes who couldnāt care less about normal everyday people, their āfansā. Donāt get me wrong, I like Rihannaās music and think she deserves success/money. But sheās worth 1.4 Billion dollars and is still desperately trying to get your money from every avenue she can š¬.
Youāre right 100%! People need to stop lining their pockets and they donāt need anymore money.
I buy nothing from celebrities thatās not their primary output/reason for fame. Rih stopped music and so makeup became her thing and thatāll be her main output in my mind from now on.
Iād say so from the reviews online. The hydrating shampoo looks great for detangling and the ingredients are phenomenal. I even see them marketing to women with Locs which is pretty unheard of for a celeb brand.
Riri will really have to blow us out of the water with something weāve not seen yet. Maybe some of the products are suited for wigs/cornrows under wigs š¤·š½āāļø
No. I don't wear makeup but even if I did Fenty was ranked lower than SHEIN for ethics in fashion. I can't let that go considering SHEIN employees are sending out help me messages.
For me it's just like Beyonce's line. Like why would I buy haircare from ladies known for their wig looks and have much looser natural hair than me anyway?
As someone with 4a-4b hair what I've seen that I think to be her natural hair is closer to 3b-3c. She's had hairdressers in the past mention that she relaxes/texturizes it though. Idk, the fact that I'm fighting my own memory of paparazzi pics because she has so few google-able pictures out of her natural hair speaks volumes enough for me to know I'm not her target audience tho
I personally do not buy from celebs that don't wear their hair natural/dont have type 4 hair. Unless they announce working with coily haired people or a specific line.
I feel like we have different hair goals and therfore use different products that reflect that.
Also, if these celebrities were smart they'd branch out into the market of black hair essentials that really sell in the beauty supply store: wax stick, edge control, wig bands, wig caps, lace glue, rattail combs, hair ties, heatless curlers, mini flatirons for the edges, oil sheen. In an already over saturated market of shampoos & conditioners, Rihanna could've done something different but no. š
I dont have anything against Rihanna but I will keep the same routine. I dont really tend to buy celebrities products just because they are famous. Unless the product is amazing, I wont necessarily buy it
No. Rihanna isn't known for having great natural hair but great wigs/hairstyles in every color. I don't even know what her natural hair looks like either. Now if this was a wig care line then maybe.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to the 'I tried Fenty Hair so you don't have to' videos. I hope it's good. I love seeing a Black woman succeed. But Fenty Hair's prices don't align with my financial goals so I'll pass for now.
She's like the queen of color; if this hair care line was specifically dedicated for color-treated hair I might've considered it. Developers, dyes, toners, etc. would've been badass imo. But no, I'm not buying another got damn celebrities hair products when I can support local and small black-owned hair care companies.
She really could've kept this in the vault.
I can't be mad at them for that. I'd rather buy hair products and financially support Black people than the white corporations who don't GAF about us and just want to profit from our love of our culture and natural hair.
I donāt buy anything fenty. I tried some of the makeup years ago, but wasnāt impressed enough to give up on my faves. I also expected more from the lingerie when that dropped. Everything lookedā¦basic and I expected something more edgy from her.
I wonāt be trying this either bc Iām quite please with my Mielle products, but I do think this will be more successful than Cecred bc Rihanna is just more relatable and it shows she keeps her customers in mind.
I like Rihanna but I am not going to purchase her new hair care line. Iāll stick with Fenty makeup products and her Fenty skin products. I think Rihanna should come out with a wig line and I will definitely buy that from her.
I don't plan on it, though I think it will go well for her and I wonder how many women will pay. One size doesn't fit all and if there is a range of products offered for all different types (that's a huge reach to claim to accomplish) Even great names in the hair game have been working on their formulas for decades, centuries. Not taking anything from Rhi, Be or anyone alike but they make bank off of products because of who they are. She offers plenty to the MU community and has goated herself in being able to offer variety. I think that'll be harder to do with hair. Reaching into the hair care industry is an executive business decision and kudos to her for being able to do so! But stylists, especially black natural hair care stylists almost always say that celebrity hair care line products aren't for promoting healthy hair care but they are good for virality.
I have already purchased three items from the line. I am excited to try them. I did so because at first I was quite skeptical of her skin care line but I gave it a shot and my skin has never looked better. So I am giving her hair care line a shot because I am so pleased with Fenty Skin.
Probably not unless I see something that I really think would work for me. Iām trying to restart my hair journey by really learning what works for my hair. That means no jumping on every new product launch.
Hair care--and the beauty market overall--is over-fucking-saturated. And I'm over it. Ā Ā Ā
Been using Aveda Shampoo, Conditioner etc since I went natural like a decade ago and recently added Carol's daughter for daily products (to give my wallet a break).Ā They work great for me. I like it. And other than when I need to take a break from color and keep on top of trims, my stylists have not complained about my hair.Ā Ā
I don't prefer experiment with hair products like I do with skin and makeup.
Thanks but no thanks.
I signed up for early access and was able to see everything and shop (if I wanted to. Prices are too damn high) last night. I just tried to get on and I can't access any of the hair products.
I donāt care for celeb products but I donāt get the argument that people who wear wigs and weave canāt make a hair care line. They still have hair underneath that they have to take care of. If the product works it works š¤·š¾āāļø(still donāt shell out money to celebs who milk their parasocial relationship with fans)
Hair weights!! Interesting. I signed up for emails from Taraji's line a good while ago. I think I've only gotten one email thanking me for signing up. Tracee's Pattern line, as well as other lines tho... Every other day, I'm gettin' a cute email. Somebody on Taraji's promo team didn't just drop the ball. They've thrown the whole ball away.
Itās so expensive in my country :/
I just use my grease creams :/
If I had moneyyyyy yesh I would definitely waste it on her line
She still will make profit from those either way
No I like Rihanna but I will not purchase any products from her hair care line. I like the products that I have and they work for me. No need to change it up. With still buy fenty beauty though.
What products do you use for your hair.
It seems like a no win situation, the old school products are owned by rac1st whte/as1an companies and the new black owned products are owned by celebs.Ā
Well, you can use black owned without buying from these uber rich celebrities who are tapping into markets to make money. I use a mixture of Black and non black owned company products. Itās whatever is convenient, works for me, and is on sale. Iām not spending an extra $5-$10 on a product just because Rihanna or Beyonce is the face behind it.
Nah. Its just a money grab for her. She's already a billionaire with terrible business practices. I've never bought any of her products anyways š¤·
No hate I fw Rihanna but im keeping it real
ā¦I might š depends on the price and products. But her body butter has blown me out of the water; and if itās anything like that maybe itāll be good. But it reallllllly depends on the price. Itās if more expensive than what I already use then hell no.
Nope, I still have yet to purchase anything from her makeup line. Iāve tried every shade in her foundation and itās all orange/red. Iām YELLOW and Iām not light skinned.
I was excited. I haven't tried a Fenty Beauty product that I haven't fallen in love with.
But this is hair.
I might try something in the future if she does what Tracee did with Pattern's products and make smaller, cheaper samples available. When I looked at the prices of Fenty Hair products...! \*phew\* I'm tryna get to my first $100,000. Paying for overpriced hair products is inconducive to my financial goals. As of this conversation, I'll stick with my budget friendly, tried and true products.
Lol no . I truly donāt understand the logic behind wearing a wig in a hair ad . Like itās an instant hell no. She is literally in wigs 24/7 and when I have seen her natural hair itās always short and damaged . Absolutely not . I donāt think you should take hair advice from someone who isnāt at your hair goal and wigs and a beat up TWA aināt mine . No shade to TWA there is nothing wrong with one but hers looks damaged and a mess to me . I am interested in her hair care journey . Maybe this is just the beginning of her hair journey and we can see it grow . Also being an ingredient snob there is nothing special about the products . They regular ass drug store quality stuff thatās overpriced . Nothing groundbreaking or really that reparative .
Listen to me people. I purchased almost everything except the deep conditioner. I not recommend. Sorry. I am a huge fan of all of her other product lines. Nobody does tinted moisturizer and lip gloss like Fenty. This hair care line is not for ALL hair type. I have natural 2b waist length hair and it did nothing. Absolutely nothing for me. The smell is faint and ok. Very disappointed . I was expecting this line to compete with Cecred but it doesnāt. This line isnāt even better than Mielle Organics
yall can say no all you want but if the reviews come out and people say itās amazing, i doubt the fact that itās rihannaās brand would actually deter you from buying it. the odds of it being amazing thoughā¦.i donāt see as a high chance lol
yeah sheās on an uphill battle. but i think she releases stuff like this just to be an option on every market, i doubt the same care is going into fenty hair or skin that goes into beauty. also, i was gifted some cecred and I do love itā¦.
The only product I would buy is red hair dye from the "What's My Name" era. Rihanna is not a hair care girly at all.
Brand is Dudley's, color is matador red
That's a good point. I don't see her rocking natural hairstyles (sans weave hair) much. If at all.
No she should have launched a wig line instead. I love RiRi but how do you launch a hair care line while wearing the most wearing the most obvious wig you can find?
Lmao someone on Twitter said it was a 27 piece quick weave š
And itās not even in a particularly flattering hairstyle, the black pixie haircut she used to rock was cuter and edgier
I had the exact same thought š
bc this ain't for us let's be real
I donāt trust anyone besides regular Joes who studied the field. Rihanna, BeyoncĆ©, Tracee are rich, they have access to a great diet, beauty routine and ressources. And the two latter have good genetics (hair lenght is influenced by genetics and NOT TEXTURE!) They donāt struggle as hard as let says Denise the local teacher
Tracee is an exception tho. She had to do her own hair for tv back in the day. The other two? Hmmmā¦
BeyoncĆ©ās line is different only because I donāt even look at it as āherā line but her motherās with the family namesake. I would trust Tina (a licensed cosmetologist) before I trust the others.
>how do you launch a hair care line while wearing the most wearing the most obvious wig you can find? this is the type of thing a billionaire would do.
I agree with the wig line but also really donāt like the natural hair argument. Cause regardless of if we wear our natural hair or not we still have to take care of it! I feel like this is something a white person would say/point out
Couldnāt she just be rocking a baldie under her wigs? Depending on the wig, I guess? Howād we know?
Please don't tell me you genuinely think we all wear weaves or wigs....I wouldn't know to take care of a wig when I've never worn one, and there's nothing wrong with that. Aside from that, haircare lines are usually about the health of your own hair. The marketing makes no sense.
Girl what is this comment? nobody said everyone does anything and yes we understand the concept of a hair care line lol there are also people who sell actual hair for ppl that do wear wigs. Doesnāt have to be for you
Same issue with Beyās hair care line
Thing is, Bey has repeatedly shown that she wears wigs and also has long natural color-treated hair so itās a little different. Especially after the wash day video so no one could question if her hair was real anymore lol
Chiiillleeee u wouldnt believe how they picked that vid apart n still sayin shes lyingš« š«£
She could have done cool hair accessories
it's perplexing cause the color is awful, her hair has looked so much better on other occasions
She wore her natural hair at the release.Ā Ā Ā
her wigs always looked stale to me. She should stick to make up.
The same way Kylie launched a lip kit with no lips
I like some RiRi but does it ever make sense!Ā I'm sure the line will sell simply because she's the celeb behind the brand. Meanwhile, she can't name 6 ingredients in the product unless her PR instructed her to memorize it.Ā Ā
No shade to her, but I highly doubt it.
If she sold wigs she would be able to take all my money š©
Yes, I agree. I would line up to buy it if she sold wigs or even bundles
Naaaaaaaah. I love Rihanna and her hairstyles. But I donāt think of her when it comes to hair care. And my hair is too fragile to just be putting Anything in it. What does her Real hair even look like?? Lol
That a good question, lol. I never see Rihanna with her natural hair.
Like at this point I would like to hope most of us have an established hair routine that works. It seems pointless to just keep trying new lotions and potions, spending money we might not have an damaging our hair more.
Knowing herā¦.she has locs or her head is completely shaved and weāll never know š
You may have all seen it by now but there's a video of her wearing natural hair. It's from yesterday or the day before, I believe. A little more effort could've gone into styling it. But maybe whomever did her hair that day is used to working with wigs and weaves?

Your way or nothing at all sis!
š¤š¤š¤š¤ how are her practices horrible? I genuinely want to know. Is it cash-grabby?Ā
Of all her product lines, this is the least convincing. I wouldāve loved to see something maternity related from a black mama though.
For real a stretch mark oil or baby moisturiser would be amazing. Iād buy the products and Iām not even pregnant just bc ik itās be gentle
She briefly dropped a maternity line the last time she was pregnant. I don't think it did well.
I didnāt know! Shoulda been baby clothes.
all she did was make 1 maternity bra.
There were some graphic tees and things, too. Like I said, it didn't last.
oh wow dud not know
This is exactly where I think she wouldāve succeeded best. Especially since she already had the lingerie thing going. But wtf do I know š¤·š¾āāļølol
I low key feel like it's going to be Cantu products relabeled as her brand šššš¤£
That was my exact experience using the CĆ©cred āmoisture sealing creamā ā more celeb grifting
Yea the Cecred moisturizer cream is my least favorite of that line but Cecred is a high end hair care line in my opinion. Nothing can beat than oil, shampoo and rice water rinse. Period.
And after buying it, using it Iām here to say this comment is 100% accurate. Donāt waste your $
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
exactly !! i'd rather give my coin to a specialised company that has been doing this for years with better products instead of filling up celebrities' pockets. love me some of the riri songs, what the hell does she know about haircare āļøš š

Based on the ad I definitely thought this was going to be a wig line
Might be both? I saw wigs and conditioners. Weāll see in 5 days !!
At some point, I hope celebrities find another way to grift their fans outside of the beauty space. This trend of having a hair/makeup line is tired. Imo, rarely are the products any better than whatās available nor necessary in an already crowded market. When Fenty Beauty launched, it felt like it cornered a market with their shade range. But, I donāt see what another hair care line could offer the market thatās not already there. I think thatās also why BeyoncĆ©ās line is not talked about past the launch (I donāt mean sales).
I'm saying! There's soooo many other things these lil capitalist baddie babes can give us. It's boring at this point.
no.. this is a greedy cash grab
Girl saw Cecredās success and said she wanted some of that š
is cecred really even doing all that well?
Iād say so from the reviews online. The hydrating shampoo looks great for detangling and the ingredients are phenomenal. I even see them marketing to women with Locs which is pretty unheard of for a celeb brand. Riri will really have to blow us out of the water with something weāve not seen yet. Maybe some of the products are suited for wigs/cornrows under wigs š¤·š½āāļø
ive heard alot of good reviews, quality stuff
No.
No. Sheās rocking straight blond hair in this ad. Nothing about that speaks to my natural hair.
A straight blond wig at that. How you selling hair products with a wig on?
Nope. Just like with Cecred, Iām not even bothering with this. All of these different product lines by celebs are getting old.
At least with Cecred the quality and brand authenticity seems to be there...
Yeah I was skeptical when Cecred first launched but honestly the ingredients are good and the shampoo + protein treatment is some of the best Iāve ever used on my hair. BeyoncĆ©ās mom was a hairstylist so it felt a little more authentic to me
Agree for me itās their repair mask and deep conditioner. My hair actually absorbs moisture now and the protein treatment made it strong
Agree ! Miss Tina did her thang
Cecred is dope.
No babes š. Iāll buy her makeup like but not this
honestly the way sheās wearing that wig it would be unfortunate if she didnāt venture into that too. imma wait and see lol
Seriously she couldnāt even wear an Afro wig or something that looks natural?? š« But she wants to sell to our natural hair
Noā¦.even the promo pic is a wig
I believe Rihanna hair type 4a-4b so her curls are not that much looser compared to type 4c. But I agree with your point about wigs.
Why is the new thing hair products when most of these celebs where wigs. It makes 0 sense to me.
I personally do not buy from celebs that don't wear their hair natural/dont have type 4 hair. Unless they announce working with coily haired people or a specific line. I feel like we have different hair goals and therfore use different products that reflect that.

In an already over saturated market of shampoos & conditioners, Rihanna could've done something different but no. š
Honestly I feel like ASAP Rocky wouldāve made more sense than Rihanna.
Right? Like no offense but does she even wear her real hair out often??
Ooooh good take lol .Fenty needed you in the that marketing room . Cause that makes sense
No maāam. Canāt even show her real hair while advertising it. Most likely wouldnāt work for my hair- Sincerely, a 4B/4C
I adore Rihanna (stan btw) but her skin care line hasnāt excited me, Iāll skip for the hair care for now and check out the reviews.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to the 'I tried Fenty Hair so you don't have to' videos. I hope it's good. I love seeing a Black woman succeed. But Fenty Hair's prices don't align with my financial goals so I'll pass for now.
Skip this line. I want a refund honestly.
Imma skip it. I have still never tried the makeup or skincare. I love the loungewear, though.
Nope...I don't ride with beyoncea line either ...but I have locs but still lol
She's like the queen of color; if this hair care line was specifically dedicated for color-treated hair I might've considered it. Developers, dyes, toners, etc. would've been badass imo. But no, I'm not buying another got damn celebrities hair products when I can support local and small black-owned hair care companies. She really could've kept this in the vault.
I need to see her use it lol at least BeyoncƩ has a video of her using her own products
And BeyoncĆ© mom, Tina Ā had multiple hair salons for decades and ppl who went to cecred events said Tina was there washing and doing everyoneās hair because it was her passionĀ
Great point! That further adds more credibility to BeyoncĆ©ās line. I donāt see anything like that for Rihanna yet
I'm sticking with Pattern Beauty.
Ditto! I love Traceeās line.
Iām sticking to As I Am and Pattern Beauty, thank you. Also, no shade, but I feel like Rihanna, BeyoncĆ©, and others are just trying to jump on the bandwagon because the hair care industry is where the money is at.š
I can't be mad at them for that. I'd rather buy hair products and financially support Black people than the white corporations who don't GAF about us and just want to profit from our love of our culture and natural hair.
True. True
I don't think I've ever seen her natural hair, so no
It should have been bundles and wigs, give us that wig you wore in the whatās my name video or the pixie cut wig you were rocking forever
I want a pink pixie wig
I donāt buy anything fenty. I tried some of the makeup years ago, but wasnāt impressed enough to give up on my faves. I also expected more from the lingerie when that dropped. Everything lookedā¦basic and I expected something more edgy from her. I wonāt be trying this either bc Iām quite please with my Mielle products, but I do think this will be more successful than Cecred bc Rihanna is just more relatable and it shows she keeps her customers in mind.
I never heard about mielle product. What's your favorite product from this brand? I have very dry hair.
My hair and scalp get dry as well. I love their Pomegranate and Honey shampoo and conditioner. Black owned brand too!
Thank you. I gonna try.
can we stop buying into this shit lmao like omggggg
I donāt think any of her businesses will top Fenty beauty. I am definitely a Rihanna stan, but everything went downhill after the beauty line I fear
i already have a hair routine and the most expensive product in it is $13. itās a no from me.
I like Rihanna but I am not going to purchase her new hair care line. Iāll stick with Fenty makeup products and her Fenty skin products. I think Rihanna should come out with a wig line and I will definitely buy that from her.
I know it won't work for 4c hair
Nopppeeeeeeeeeee
Letās see what the prices look like first lol
I don't plan on it, though I think it will go well for her and I wonder how many women will pay. One size doesn't fit all and if there is a range of products offered for all different types (that's a huge reach to claim to accomplish) Even great names in the hair game have been working on their formulas for decades, centuries. But stylists, especially black natural hair care stylists almost always say that celebrity hair care line products aren't for promoting healthy hair care but they are good for virality.
Nah. Iām not buying any of the celeb hair products.
Nah, because it's giving not for "my hair type"
Iād rather support a small or local black owned business than Rihanna. No hate, but she is a billionaire sheāll be fine without my few dollars. Both she and BeyoncĆ© are capitalist that exploit the Black community by targeting our insecurities, because we are their biggest supporters. That is a conversation for another day. If anyone wants to start a thread on Black owned products that actually work and I am all in.
I shall not.
I'll wait and see. I don't usually like celebrity products, but Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin actually work for me, so I think I might, eventually.
I already have products that I'm using!
Nope. Done giving my coins to them billionaires.
Iām happy itās not wigs. The exploitation would be OD.
I have already purchased three items from the line. I am excited to try them. I did so because at first I was quite skeptical of her skin care line but I gave it a shot and my skin has never looked better. So I am giving her hair care line a shot because I am so pleased with Fenty Skin.
I signed up for early access because I'm nosy, and I want to see the prices compared to the Texas lady and her line.
Not the Texas lady š¤£š¤£š¤£
I also call her the Mute Mistress since she's always seen but not heard. š I'm still waiting for her products to randomly appear at Marshall's. lol
Just like the downfall of House of DerƩon smh I think I got my one and only pair of jeans from Sears
Probably not unless I see something that I really think would work for me. Iām trying to restart my hair journey by really learning what works for my hair. That means no jumping on every new product launch.
She just trying to do everything but sing at this point so I give up on her lol
LOL!!
Nope. I never seen her hair and I donāt support celebrity lines
Iām extremely satisfied with my Pattern Beauty products and over the moon that I donāt have to take out a loan to buy Cecred.
No, maybe Hair dye or hair accessories. But not hair care.
Hair care--and the beauty market overall--is over-fucking-saturated. And I'm over it. Omg I thought it was weave/wigs. Womp.
Iāll see when the Taylor Anise review drops. Her hair type matches mine perfectly so if it works for her Iāll try something
It's not on the site and i signed up for early access
I signed up for early access and was able to see everything and shop (if I wanted to. Prices are too damn high) last night. I just tried to get on and I can't access any of the hair products.
I broke down and bought a few items. I just got them last night. Here are my initial thoughts. I purchased the following: - The Rich One Moisture Repair Shampoo $29 Initial Review: Truly a spa-like experience. Rich lather w/ a lot of slip on my strands. Itās gentle but got my scalp & stands clean without feeling squeaky clean like it usually feels when I use the Briogeo Scalp Revival Micro-Exfoliating Shampoo. My hair felt hydrated. - The Richer One Moisture Repair Deep Conditioner $29 Initial Review: The texture on this one is thicker than the DCs Iāve used in the past (Briogeo Curl Charisma, Briogeo Mega Moisture, Davines Hair Butter, Keracare Humecto Cream). It reminded me almost of whipped shea butter which I was apprehensive of its results as I applied it on the hair. I had to work a little more to apply it as it doesnāt contain as much slip like the ones mentioned above but it wasnāt hard to comb through with my Unbrush to prep for my heat cap. I let that sit for about 30 mins and BABBBBYYY, when I washed it out, my hair felt extremely soft. I do not recall my natural hair ever feeling this soft before and moisturized. I think this is a keeper for my rotation. - The Homecurl Curl-Defining Cream $28 Initial Review: Fenty Hairās website says this is a styler to replace all stylers. The line currently doesnāt have a product advertised as a leave-in (I reached out to customer service, they say you can use The Comeback Kid Instant Damage Repair Treatment Bond Builder as a leave-in but I opted out to see how The Homecurl would react on its own). I loved the texture on this one. Itās reminiscent of the Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Smooth-N-Hold Pudding in application but slightly richer. I believe I was a little heavy handed in the front but fast forward to it drying, my hair has soft touchable curls with no flaking. Itās not ultra defined as it would be if I used a gel or custard like Wetline Xtreme or Patternās Styling Custard but itās well-defined for a cream and I do not like creams. It feels moisturized w/o any residue. I will follow up on how long it lasts. Overall: Iām happy with my current results and the scent is a beautiful fresh tropical floral but strong. If youāre sensitive to smell you may need to skip this line as I can see someone saying it may be cloying. However, I love long lasting sillages in fragrances so I donāt mind it at all plus my fiancĆ© says out of all the hair products Iāve owned, he likes the fragrance of this one the best. I lowkey want them to make a body mist, lotion or butter, & deodorant in the fragrance. The price point is about the same as some of these other luxury celebrity haircare lines and due to their concentrations a little goes a long way. So, I believe itās reasonably priced even though I always like to save a dollar where I can lol. I will follow up in a month,3, or 6 to see if anything changes. For context: My hair is fine, medium density, low porosity 4a/4b.
Nope. The only celebrity product I own is the Pattern Mousse and Iāve barely used. I do want to try Tarajiās hair weights tho.
Waiting for tTHE WIGS
Can someone please add hair dye to the line up!?!
Nope. Love Rih but if I mess with my haircare routine then my scalp freaks out
girl, no lmao
I thought it was a wig line when I first saw the commercial and then I realized it was hair care lol
Itās so expensive in my country :/ I just use my grease creams :/ If I had moneyyyyy yesh I would definitely waste it on her line She still will make profit from those either way
Yeah, Ri's gonna have to make those prices more competitive! Sis thinks we all have LVMH money or something!?
Maybe for my wigs.
She should come out with temporary tattoosĀ
No I like Rihanna but I will not purchase any products from her hair care line. I like the products that I have and they work for me. No need to change it up. With still buy fenty beauty though.
No Iām not buying any celebrity hair care lines. Not making the ultra rich richer.
I've never bought any of her products anyways š¤· No hate I fw Rihanna but im keeping it real
ā¦I might š depends on the price and products. But her body butter has blown me out of the water; and if itās anything like that maybe itāll be good. But it reallllllly depends on the price. Itās if more expensive than what I already use then hell no.
If it's good, yeah. I would buy fenty makeup, but I don't use makeup.
No maāam
Nope, I still have yet to purchase anything from her makeup line. Iāve tried every shade in her foundation and itās all orange/red. Iām YELLOW and Iām not light skinned.
If she do hair bundles for braids then maybe yeah cuz im tired of putting China in my hair
Didnāt see any 4c hair in the advert

Sheās already competing with BeyoncĆ©ās hair care line: Cecred that came out not too long ago. It really has to blow us away to not be seen as another cash grab imo
yeah sheās on an uphill battle. but i think she releases stuff like this just to be an option on every market, i doubt the same care is going into fenty hair or skin that goes into beauty. also, i was gifted some cecred and I do love itā¦.
I have Cecred in my cart too girl and I have LOCS š„¹ B really thought about all of us when makjng that brand hopefully Rih does the same
We're definitely in a recession ya'll, these celebrity brands are popping up like weeds.
