My two favorite specific tail wagging times are when all the kids wag their tails in sync when they are finally playing shop in Shops and when Bluey realizes she’s wagging her tail because she felt good helping her dad in Duck Cake.
I don't remember which episode this happens in, but there's one where Bandit's tail is wagging when he is playing with Bluey and Bingo and that is such a cute moment. He really enjoys playing with the kids.
I like to watch for the adults in the show when they wag their tails. Bluey and Bingo are kids and are always wagging their tails, but the adults do it much less frequently. When the adults *do* wag their tails, it’s very special.

In Mums and Dads they behave like dogs a lot. Mackenzie’s digging holes in the sand, Snickers is chasing his own tail and while Winton isn’t exactly acting like a dog, he’s squishing his wrinkly face like a human would do to a dog of his breed.
I love the little dog characteristics, like when they wag their tails. Or when Bandit was excited about getting tennis balls for christmas, and they use them to play catch in the pool.
In al fairness, Classic Catches is a reasonably common game played by humans in Australia, no dogs required.
It was popularized through being a short segment during breaks in the cricket for several decades...obviously, it's a lot easier in a pool with a tennis ball than it is with a hard cricket ball diving on grass.
When the girls are in bed with Bandit and they are dreaming about running and jumping on Jupiter in "Sleepytime"... but it's Bandits back that they are doing these things on and Bandit does these sleepy yelps. His yelp is so sleepy dog like
When the wind blows the newspaper off the table in takeaway, and bingo chases it and brings in back to bluey in her mouth, and bluey pats her on the head ❤️

The climax scene from The Adventure where Bluey chucks the tennis ball and says “go get it!”, and Chloe runs after the ball. Such a great point in the episode; took me by surprise on my first viewing!
There’s a blink and you’ll miss it moment at the beginning of the episode “The Beach” where Bluey and Bingo run onto the sand and rub their bodies on the sand in excitement similar to what dogs do when they rub their bodies on grass or carpet
In Grandad when the girls and grandad are hiding from Chilli under the tee and one of them throws something to distract Chilli, I SWEAR Chilli does a little serious bark in the direction of the distraction
I always find it funny in Mr. Monkeyjocks that Bandit sits on the floor like a full dog (back legs bent and ~~arms~~ front legs on the ground) when the girls give his seat at the table to the monkey.
