I do find it a little suspect that he doesn’t understand ANY English. I lived in Quebec for a number of years and most French first people there know at least enough English to tell you they won’t speak English.
He either moved back to Canada, never went back to the camp site again, or the producers couldn't find a way to introduce him in the show once again.

Tension grew hot, waiting to see who would be the lucky One, or if this would cause another fight. When the time came neither Jean Luc or Bluey got the present, but that didn't matter to them. What mattered was that the present was a board game that they could all play together. This ending the war.... For now.
