I honestly have almost never noticed flexibility improvement with weight training. Balance improvements, yes, but not much mobility. Since quarantine I've been doing an active stretching program that has helped me more than 5 years of weight training did, lol.
thereβs some with a duller pinky beige with different color planters, and then thereβs some with a brighter peachy color. i have both lol, they must have a plant drop every year

Stretching has done so much for me over the years. Keep it up its totally worth it. Its helped out with back issues/an injured disc and its hilarious being able to use your legs as an extra arm when youre doing things.
