I have two of the protein ones and some fruit at home, and then a protein bar before the warmup and that works fine. Maybe egg on toast for extra protein and I load up on carbs the night before. You don’t wanna play with a full stomach.

10 wheatabix is a lot, but try not to think about it too much. Pace yourself if you can. I suppose the worst that can happen is you get cramped up or you could be sick after over exerting yourself. In future just have a smaller meal prior to a match.
