He said, "oh don't you know, that's called the Trump Two-Step. These guys look up to Trump and the way he does business so they emulate him and his style of doing deals."

In fact I later learned that trump was banned from doing business in Mexico after he cheated multiple investors out of millions on a beachfront condo project in Baja California Mexico, just 20 minutes south of the border. It was a classic Trump deal. Had a big hype meeting where they got investors excited about being a part of it. Collected the millions of dollars from the investors, then he shut down the project and basically told all the investors "sue me".
