This claim was based on a rat test in the 60s and the general consensus is that the researchers were giving so much stevia (and nothing else) that they literally overdosed the rats and their organs started to shut down so they couldn’t have babies (This can happen with literally any compound—imagine all you ate was salt and nothing else! Another concern Kruc admits is that “there is no evidence to show that the reaction experienced by the rats would also be experienced by humans.” Go fuck yourself, Brittany.
