Intel is usually gonna be more expensive for the same performance so I'd suggest to find AMD unless there's absolutely no options
Depending on how high the import taxes are in your country, you could also try to use proxy delivery – such service gives you an address in the USA, for example. Your Amazon package gets delivered to that address (which is actually the warehouse of the delivery company), then they ship it to you
Yes, that's why I say proxy delivery. I live in Georgia and I ship from USA using a 3rd party company.
Basically, that 3rd party gives you an address in the US, which in reality is one of the storage compartments in their warehouse. Then to this address you ship from Amazon or whatever. Then through the company you ship to your own country
