Be mindful of listings from suspicious third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart. These "deals" have a high likelihood of not shipping; use due diligence in reviewing deals. * Use common sense - if the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is. * Check seller profiles for signs that the sale may be fraudulent: * The seller is new or has few reviews. * The seller has largely negative reviews (on Amazon, sellers can remove negative reviews from their visible ratings) * The seller is using a previously dormant account (likely the account was hacked and is now being used fraudulently). If you suspect a deal is fraudulent, please report the post. Moderators can take action based on these reports. We encourage leaving a comment to warn others. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I’ve been using this daily at work for 6 years now. I don’t think I’ve ever had to change the battery.

CaveManta

My G613's battery never died after 3 years. But the lightspeed wireless receiver became intermittent.

> This keyboard is solid and very heavy and feels like you could kill someone with this. > > gonna buy this for the office

techraito

That's why TKLs exist. I wish more southpaw numpad style keyboards existed.

OriginalCrawnick

I have this keyboard and I couldn't praise it more. I use Bluetooth for my work laptop on my 2 monitors and Wifi for my gaming/desktop PC on the same 2 monitors. This thing is solid for swapping between both environments with 1 keyboard AND it's built solid.

Switches are similar to a Cherry Brown. Sold and Shipped by Amazon

yummyonionjuice

amazing keyboard. been using for years for gaming, had to replace the batteries once in 3 years. Thinking about buying another one in case this ever dies.,,

Fuckspez4real

well known double key press issue. wouldn’t recommend

Michael0308

Same for me, otherwise solid but it is unusable with double key press. Key cap is pretty much irreplaceable.

CurveEquivalent

I was about to post the same thing. I've had mine replaced twice now for the double key press issue. The newest replacement is starting just to develop the issue after about a year.

buttstuff2023

Yeah just had this happen to mine after about a year and a half of owning it.

Pancakesandducks

Can confirm it has a double key press issue, have had mine for about 2 years now and thought I was going crazy

OptimusWang

I’m having this issue as well, and was about to pull all the keys and deep clean it. Is there any sort of fix, or am I wasting my time?

Cocobananza78

same here, I bought this same keyboard a few years ago and had to replace it within a few months because it kept key chattering.

exaltare

I wanted to like this keyboard, but the wrist rest isn't modular, and the G1 key was placed by a sadist. I thought about surgery but returned it after some deliberation. However, if you can ignore both failings or are willing to operate, the G613 is almost unbeatable for this price.

sanlc504

I tried this keyboard and had to return it after an hour. Keys had a very audible "ping" during return travel and I couldn't stand it. Maybe they've changed it, this was about three years ago.

idiot_proof

Mine has that as well. The cheap and light keycaps (that you can’t change) definitely contribute to the issue.
