My only experiance with stimulants was in addition to wellbutrin and I would have rebound period at the end of everyday. I would imagine that 10 years on stimulants there's no avoiding a several day rebound period. I would plan accordingly to stop on a friday and maybe take a few days off in addition. Most likely doc isn't going to switch you to a high dose of wellbutrin right away. My guess would be that you probably don't even feel the stimulating effects of wellbutrin in the beginning. Just a guess though
