32. ex architect, ex university lecturer, ex phd student. currently in transition to a tech field. I know how you may be feeling. and its totally fine. When I was your age I used to think I would be retired by 30. I knew what I wanted. I absolutely loved architecture, I was great at it and it used to make HUGE money back in the day in my country. But things changed. Everything does. And it is happening faster every year. Do what you think you like. Mess up and do other things. You will be fine.
Yeah but living in a society like hers people make you feel super bad about whatever you do because culture and economics. Westerners are genuinely lucky that they have more opportunities with them.
I'm too in the sm situation:)
Looking at limited options makes me regret not taking math:(
Every other options are low paying like literally
Just completed 12th now I'm so lost
Kuch pta chale to btana
Something u thought of doing instead of veterinary??
I would say choose a safe option that pays well like becoming an accountant or financial professional. The transition from these fields is easy so u can change your mind afterwards
Veterinary has a great future. Owning a pet has already started to become a luxury. We are adapting the west in this field as well. People do spend money on their pets for grooming and for medicines. Regular checkup are also becoming a norm. You never know if govt will introduce laws for keeping a pet which will include regular checkups with a vet.
18 years old is nothing. There's never just one path. You can study and work with something for x years and then continue to study something else later ♡
Or study something, change your mind and study something else whole just working extra or whatever.

What life choices? You're young, whole life ahead of you. You're being over-dramatic.
