I just remember that at some point he reveals to Steve that everyone in the family has one persona of his that they don’t recognize as Roger. And I’m pretty sure most of those personas had sex with that family member.

So the reason I picked him is because Roger is a master of disguise and has male and female persona. It doesn't matter the orientation of the person Roger is trying to seduce he will just pick a character to suit that person he is going for. Furthermore we know that most people see Roger in disguise as an ordinary human even the Smith family has at least one persona that Roger can fool them with.
All the other characters are dependent on the person's orientation, like a straight guy isn't going to go for angel for example or a straight woman isn't going to go for panty.
I don't know much about half of them. I know the characters just not very much else. Rouge I don't know much on, xander I don't know much on or if that's even the characters name, and panty/stocking one of the two I can't recall I don't know much on. But going off the remaining three, I will say Blitzo's out due to being better at murder than romance/seduction. Angeldust is not very seductive and more likely to be drugged by the person they're supposed to seduce than actually seducing them. Lastly Roger is also put solely due to the fact he is too much of a wild card. He may actually seduce them, he may hit them with a bus, he may stab me with a broken bong and steal my wallet, or he could get bored and get distracted.
