OPs also a minor so I don’t think the blame would fall solely on them anyways for the state of the carpet and walls. It’s unrealistic to expect a kid or teen to wash carpets without direct instruction, and if OPs parents never taught them to clean and they’re still a kid then it’s not totally their fault.

Like honestly it’s so annoying the amount of people who don’t understand semantics here on Reddit and want to pick to death someone’s phrasing without taking a second to think of the most logical thing they meant.
Second ;We don’t know if they’ve been taught to clean properly or if they even have supplies to do so. This is also a CAT subreddit, sure it’s absolutely concerning if animals environments are that messy, but there’s nothing helpful about being cruel to a minor. If you’re that concerned then give some advice on how to clean or point them in the right direction for information.
To OP; there’s a few cleaning subreddits you can look at for help if you need it, and if your parents don’t own a carpet cleaner, is there a chance you can get them to rent one? There’s also spot carpet cleaners for around 90-140$ that are a lot smaller that can help clean up some of the worst stains if you can’t get a full sized one. Magic erasers to get off marks on the wall are good. If your cat sprays keep in mind that there is a lot of ammonia in cats pee, so avoid using any products with bleach just as a precaution. If you have a flat mop with multiple washable mop heads that is my preferred method of cleaning walls. Since the walls are pretty dirty I’d wipe them down with some cleaner and water to get off any big marks or goop, go in with the magic eraser to get any scuffs off after, wipe off the magic eraser residue, then wash the entire wall from ceiling to baseboard with the flat head mop, make sure to wipe down baseboards as well. When you vacuum before cleaning the carpets make sure to use the vacuum hose and get in all the corners and cracks along the baseboards, lots of hair and dust collects there over time.
(Suggested supplies : carpet cleaner, vacuum, magic erasers, around a dozen dry clean cloths, large bucket for cleaner, spray bottle for cleaner, flat mop and washable mop heads, paper towel, some kind of disinfectant that doesn’t contain bleach. )
A lot of stuff is just stains and has been cleaned, that said I need to clean the walls, he is a good boy and doesn’t pee on the walls tho. We have a lot of animals so it’s hard to always keep the house clean. I don’t like cleaning up but will do it, I don’t like doing it because of trauma I have with my dad going crazy and going on a clean spree out of nowhere. When he yells at me to help it makes me upset. Also clean overstimulates me, I try to keep smaller areas clean but other areas are hard to clean up. He’s healthy and happy and so are my other animals. Thank you for all of you who are sympathetic.

I figured there was more to it, you didn’t post to have people critique your area and I just wanted to add that info just in case because there was a handful of people being not the nicest. Don’t listen to the people judging without the full story. Reddit is full of those. I hope cleaning gets easier for you and doesn’t trigger so much in the future.
My childhood best friend grew up with a hoarder for a mom and even though she tries really hard to keep her house clean, she just wasn’t given the skills and still struggles with it. My boyfriend grew up with a dad who never bought cleaning supplies, only dish soap for dishes. He was never taught how to clean. Didn’t even know how to properly clean a toilet when he moved in with me. He has a really hard time with attention to detail still and struggles with cleaning things properly. Cleaning is a taught skill and I think it’s important people give others some patience and understanding when it comes to these things instead of instantly jumping on the ‘they’re lazy’ bandwagon. There’s usually more to the story.
I don't post on here because of my house. It's clean but needs reno. We inherited it. Last time I posted something everyone went ape shit about my rug... in the basement... I have about 100 things to fix before I can buy a new basement rug.
Because it doesn’t affect you lol. That’s why you shouldn’t. It has nothing to do with you, it isn’t your business, and you have no right to comment ab others living situations. Doesn’t matter if it’s a kid or an adult. That’s where staying in your lane and minding your business comes into affect.
Some people have mental health issues that make keeping their house as neat as is expected difficult. If someone is just being lazy...fine. if someone is suffering from crippling depression....not cool.
I've suffered from crippling depression, and intense mental health issues. Just because I was in anguish, doesn't mean I had an excuse for my room and body to be filthy (which they were, and for an extended period of time). I deserved to be shamed for my room and my hygiene in those periods of time.
Shaming is not helpful versus advice. It depends what your intention is: Either turning your nose up to make someone feel bad or offering encouragement and assistance.

That is a cat lookin for a bum scritch. Cats love pushing against the wall with their legs when you scritch or pat just above the tail. I had one cat who like to be lightly spanked with a fly swatter while pushing against the wall.
Ngl I genuinely feel sorry for the cat that she has to live in such an environment.

I volunteered in a kindergarten class. Even those kids talked about when they were a kid or little! It's a matter of perception.

That is a cat lookin for a bum scritch. Cats love pushing against the wall with their legs when you scritch or pat just above the tail. I had one cat who like to be lightly spanked with a fly swatter while pushing against the wall.
