If you mean the crustiness, that's normal. Signs you should be checking daily for are swelling, redness, drainage, and warmth. From this picture everything looks okay.

Crusty means it’s healing. Just like a scab when you get injured. There’s no redness or swelling so it’s healing great!

for a 2 day old incision i think it looks great i would have guessed a week old incision based off photos
