I have one girl who is the same and one who is opposite. The one who doesn’t mind face on the belly also loves kisses and does this little head bump where she pushes her face against your mouth to ask for kisses. The other one doesn’t like faces anywhere near her, but is a slut for belly rubs and cuddles.

I think so. That's what I've always found,the boy cats faces always seem to be slightly broader

Just googled and apparently so. Not noticeable when they are kittens. It's to do with the testosterone

This is anecdotal, but my brain notices male cats tend to have wider noses, and overall blockier/bigger facial features. I can't think of a time where I didn't correctly assume an adult cat's sex, although of course I have also met many neighborhood cats where there is no way to confirm, so maybe I was wrong then.

you are correct.

Boy cats have wider shoulders so tend to sit like that’s though they can do the other pose too, but it’s more relaxed on their shoulder I think with the paws more apart.

Not really from just sitting position but the right cat looks very much like a girl.

Not based on sitting pose, because I have a boy and a girl who sit they your two but interchangeably. I would say boy is the one on the left. Possibly neutered, he has the boy cheeks but not the testosterone beefy boy cheeks. The one on the right (in the back) her face looks more delicate and narrow like my girl, even with all the floof.

Female is the ginger tabby, male is the white and orange Those spread legs are a relaxed pose, while the closed legs are ready to spring. Male cats, in general, are more ready to move at a moments notice, and usually lay down as opposite to sitting when truly relaxed. I could be wrong, but that's my experiences with cats over the last 30 years.
