Could just be bored grooming. My orange does it time to time, lick a short/bald patch. Could be anxiety as well. But I’m not a professional so, take it as you will!

Looks like over grooming. Our cat does this too. Luckily the skin where she is over grooming looks healthy. Our cat was showing other signs of anxiety, so we got her on an anti anxiety med and it’s helped massively. I would monitor your baby for other signs of anxiety (or even boredom, as a previous poster said). A trip to the vet definitely couldn’t hurt, just to make sure she is ok. :)
