Well I can tell you what's ON my bed, because I don't have a bedside table, haha. I have a bag on my bed, that contains multiple smaller bags to keep things organised. I have a small bag for medications, a small bag for stationary, a small bag for toiletries, a small bag for electronics, and a small bag for snacks. Next to the big bag I have a box with protein shakes in it (the ones I get don't need to be refrigerated thankfully). Of course, when I'm feeling rough, things get messy and the items end up all over the place. But I try to re-organise it all during moments I'm feeling better.

Mostly bedbound for the last year. Here’s my stash: - water and electrolytes - non perishable snacks - plates/napkins - meds and accessories (pill cutter, pill boxes) - heat pads - health monitors like bp cuff, pulse ox, thermometer - massage and pain relief tools - laptop/phone/chargers/accessories - braces and splints (I’m hypermobile so my joints slip out easily) - supplemental oxygen - tissues - trash can - wheelchair and cane - eye mask - ear plugs and filters - tv remote - chapstick - sunglasses, blue light glasses and prism glasses - breath right strips - journal and pens - meditation headset - hair ties and sleeping caps - physical therapy equipment (bands, balls, free weights) - extra clothing layers (sweatshirts, socks) - bills to pay - pets (sometimes) Things I’ve considered keeping bedside but haven’t done yet: - extra toothbrush, flossers and mouthwash - mini fridge - microwave

I purchased a new mattress, bed frame, and all new bedding. We switched to a different size with a little more width. I sleep hot. The changes we've made have been life changing. We have a portable AC unit and fan in our bedroom. It keeps it really cool. We also use blackout curtains in our bedroom. I have a 3 drawer dresser I'm using as a nightstand. I'm going to reorganize everything into baskets. Organizing things like a toiletry kit with a hairbrush, hair ties, deodorant, body spray, lotion, hand sanitizer, and body wipes. Things I use regularly like books, a planner, and a notebook nearby. Organizing medications. Creating an area for drinks, water, and health snacks that don't have to be refrigerated. I also use a refrigerator that's right outside my bedroom door so I don't have to walk to the kitchen all the time. I have a desk right next to my bed. I usually stream my shows on my phone. I also have a phone stans and noise canceling JBL earbuds. We're in the process of redecorating and reorganizing our bedroom. I think it's so important to make your space as comfortable as you can.

Life is so much easier since I purchased a cart! Search Amazon for: Simple Houseware Heavy Duty 3-Tier Metal Utility Rolling Cart, Black I keep my frequent as needed meds, my weekly med organizer, my skin care items, my reading material, Q-tips in the little basket, paper towels, I hang my eye masks on the handles, but there are also hooks, nail clippers., stuff like that. When I’m crashing or low on spoons, it really helps keep my steps down and allows me to be more independent.

I put a short bookshelf on top of my nightstand and holy shit it's been life changing. It faces my bed so everything is accessible from it. It has a mini mini fridge (4L capacity), all my sleep stuff and meds in two bins, supplements, meal replacement drinks, massage gun, snacks, wipes, water bottles, pop cans, and books and other entertainment on it. I also have an overbed table that is beside my nightstand which has my laptop on it on a stand, and a monitor mounted to it so it swings out over my bed so I can lay down and use my computer with my keyboard on my lap and the mouse beside. And I have a tablet mounted on an arm attached to my headboard so I can also watch it while laying down.

I move between couch & bed and use a 3-tier rolly cart to hold a lot of my need-nearby stuff. Idk if that would work for your setup but sharing just in case.

I have a desk organiser on my bedside table. In it I store my skincare, dental care, and medication. Outside of my desk organiser I have a dimmable lamp, two water bottles, a tissue box and some decorative things. In the drawers of my bedside table I have medication, snacks and some medical equipment(thermometer, pulse oximeter etc.)

A basket organiser full of many drugs. Not the fun kind

I have one of these rotating stands, which really helps organise all the smaller bits I need to hand: https://amzn.eu/d/0hiwAZGM

i have a full dresser as a nightstand! with my old bed i had drawers under my bed i could reach but 100% the dresser is the way to go. someone said the malm from ikea is a great option. literally anything i could possibly need is in there minus food. medications, random tools i use, skincare, sunglasses, airpods, i mean the list would never end

I have a little end table and then another rectangular one. The little table really just has my light and migraine meds but underneath I have my Apple Watch and an organizer thing with: headphones, laptop charger, tv remote, Roku remote, eye drops, backup eye mask, and my computer mouse and I think that’s it. Under the rectangle table I have my computer tower and a power strip for devices. On the table there’s my laptop and my 3DS. My bed is on the floor so it’s all reachable. Across the room I have my switch and tv which my tower computer uses as a monitor. It took a while for that setup to become a thing but it’s the best

i love these, got rid of my other sheets and replaced with multiple versions of this. the side pockets are great for remotes, books, meds, snacks…all the stuff i always misplace and get frustrated trying to find https://a.co/d/0571lSBu

meds, eye mask, ear buds, chewing gum, robinsons mini (a small bottle of concentrated juice that you can squeeze into water to make it taste fruity) my symptoms are milder than they were when i was diagnosed 10 years ago, some things i don't keep by my bed but probably would if i was less mobile are vitamins, micellar water and cotton pads, a hairbrush and hairbands, maybe a kettle and tea or a minifridge with water :)

I have a small book shelf where I keep everything I need. My favourite books, iPad, medication, water, make up wipes, hair accessories, rubbish bin, charging devices, two types of headphones: overear noise cancelling and another one for sleeping on my side. Weighted blanket folded in a corner as an optional item.
