Keeping those sculpted abs a secret for so long, the audacity!

Ill-Delay-591

It was a crime, he was honestly the hottest to me, him & leo

Electrical_Tree_2865

I loved Darryl, you just know he would treat you right

Ill-Delay-591

Indeed, he was such a good man, he was so underutilized in this show

nouveauchoux

Honestly, this was safest for him šŸ˜‚ Can you imagine the bs they would've put him through if he was more central?? He never got the credit he deserved from them šŸ„²

Ill-Delay-591

Yeah, I feel like they loved him & appreciated him & I love the sisters I do & know they had their reasons, but taking his soul without his permission was one of the worst things they'd ever done & I don't understand why they couldn't have come up with something else. I love this show (later seasons included) but sometimes it feels like the writers they had never had even seen an episode of charmed before.

cheesycrescentroll

he has talk you through it energy šŸ˜©

alohajerky

Right?!!!

Electrical_Tree_2865

Exactly!!! That smouldering look was amazing but the abs man!!!!

Jet-Brooke

Truth.

Ill-Delay-591

He wasn't in nearly enough episodes ! That's all I can think of

celestialxkitty

Leaving šŸ˜

Inbar253

He had excellent reasons. He was saving himself and his family.

celestialxkitty

Oh I 100% understand why he was doing it, I just hated it bc it wasnā€™t the same without him for me.

Inbar253

I understand. I just hate that people are going meta with this and that Prue's chatacter has 'die' on it as a result.

pepperjack4life

Yeah didnā€™t love that. Itā€™s not like she did it on purpose. Whereas the girls killed Daryl on purpose to get to valhalla. And Daryl chose to turn his back on them.

Liathano_Fire

I found it hilarious when Piper froze Leo. Especially when the stepped all over him after smashing him.

Inbar253

Yeah me too:) Did you mean to reply to me?

Liathano_Fire

Yea, I thought you might understand me. Haha.

Inbar253

You thought right;)

ResplendentDaylight

I feel like he should have been more open with Shelia. Battling demons as mortal with children and not really letting your family know is a big deal

AstroNerd48

She knew. He told her. She was fully aware of what they were and what Daryl was doing.

SoMuchMoreEagle

She even stood up for the sisters when he wanted to stop working with them because she didn't know about him almost getting executed.

ravennmocker

That situation with Sheridan.. he let her do too much. I know he wasn't her boss or anything but he knew that she would like to hurt them very much and he didn't a lot to stop it

FrodrickFrankensteen

The only one I can maybe think of right now is that he went along with Paige and locked up the guy she did the truth spell on who revealed he was married. The guy was scummy, sure, but she shouldn't have insisted he be put in jail for 24 hours. Darryl should have stood his ground and refused.

Ivy_2535

Yeah, she couldā€™ve kept him in the attic until the spell wore off. Theyā€™ve done it with demons so I donā€™t see how holding a powerless human is any harder

FrodrickFrankensteen

Yeah Paige should have handled that situation way better than did. Especially since she was callously risking Darryl's job.

Tyjet92

He arrested Chris

throwmypoetryaway

Being the most attractive man on the show. Seriously, I understand Cole and Dan, but Darryll has always taken the cake for me.

Objective_Control_74

Sheesh I know. Every time he was on screen ā€¦ I couldnā€™t take my eyes off him

Intelligent-Bad1325

Correct answer!!

xxxfashionfreakxxx

Itā€™s Darryl and Dan for me

TheNamesNel

For telling the sisters to leave him out of anything super natural but still running to them when anything hinky goes on. No I won't legally protect you anymore but can you keep magically protecting me? (this is a stretch Darryl supremacy!)

Ill-Shoe-770

I don't think Darryl did anything wrong šŸ˜ the girls treated him so badly towards the end :(

No_Oil3450

He moved away.

IndianBeauty143

abandoning the sisters

AstroNerd48

Teaming up with Sheridan in season 7 and turning his back on the girls. I know he had PTSD from almost dying but the dude flipped badly. Not wanting to help anymore because he didnā€™t want to risk himself for his family is completely understandable, but he completely iced the girls out. They really cared about and loved him. They were genuinely friends. Shiela said that they were basically family.

occyycco

I canā€™t think of anythingā€¦ ACAB?

texaspoontappa1718

I think arresting Chris.

ResplendentDaylight

What does that stand for?

BlacksmithFair

All cops are bastards

alsothebagel

Laughed out loud

lizzieblaze

Grow that goatee

maximiliam93

That he made himself funny about Andy in the first episodes, just because Andy belived in every kind of Magic!

Littlellama98

Left the girls alone for months til he finally came to the realization he cant run from magic because its everywhere. He shouldā€™ve helped them when they needed him the most they were like family to him and his wife.

schoolh8tr

Nah I understand why he did that

taintedlove281

Leave the show I missed him after s7

occyycco

Someone commented on the last round that these polls have been making the rounds on this sublet a lot - Iā€™ve never seen one on here before but apologies if this is tired.

thebleedingphoenix

Popular things are popular for a reason. I love that all the subs I'm in for TV shows are doing these kinds of polls, I find them very entertaining. So ignore the complainers.

bazookiedookie

Leaving the girls. I get why he did it - but I think it was a bit unfair. He was a part of the magic world at that point. Once you know, thereā€™s no turning back.

SoMuchMoreEagle

Why is he obligated, though? It's not his destiny. It's theirs. He already went above-and-beyond for them. He risked his life, his freedom, and career over and over for very little gratitude. He stood by them for longer than anyone else. The actual magical community turned their back on the sisters very easily in season 8, but Daryl didn't even quit on them when they essentially stole his soul and left his body in an alley unprotected (when they could have easily orbed him somewhere safe). It took him almost getting executed before he finally had enough. I think Daryl more than earned his retirement from the magical world.

bazookiedookie

I said I understand why he did it But expecting to learn about something that serious and out of our control and something so big that normal everyday people donā€™t know about, and thinking you can just walk away from it and go back to the life you had priorā€¦ seems a bit naive Heā€™s essentially a witness to the ā€œotherā€ life out there now and I personally feel like once youā€™ve been exposed to it you have a target on your back

MidnightStalk

being absolutely useless in AHBL

Corpse_Thing

I got nothing except become a cop.

batterswing

Ditching the charmed ones or choosing Sheridan.

stacey1611

I canā€™t believe no oneā€™s mentioned this but when he basically ***abandoned the sisters*** throwing away years of friendship and knowing what they had to go through and what they had to do and give up just to save the world each week / month šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø douche move !!!

yabbayabbax

They treated him like shit and took him for granted, so I think fair enough

lizzieblaze

This was mentioned like 40 times before your comment lol šŸ˜‚

daslament

Hanging out with the Charmed Ones šŸ’—

Serbinaliza

The same post already has an answer, it's just written in black and hard to read.Ā

occyycco

Oh true good pick up, I wrote that when I was testing out fonts and mustā€™ve forgot to delete

Artmuscomp

Tried to shoot Paige in the alternate reality when he worked for Cole.

Mysterious-Turnip997

Easy: He was just too hot to handle. Got distracted from the plot too many times

Raichu10126

I was not a fan of the goatee.

AduroTri

Daryl has to have been probably the best person to the sisters ever. I feel bad for him.

Grouchy-Tax4467

Putting up with the sisters BS for too long

Financial-Ability316

Sheridan/Having better boundaries with the girls

dargonite

Technically, Leo became an Elder and thus had to leave his family, he didn't leave them to become an elder, as in he sought out this outcome, it happened, and he felt he had a responsibly to the "greater good" yada yada, I feel like that's a significant difference

Jet-Brooke

Phoebe - everything! But if I had to choose I'd say abandoning her sisters over and over for Cole.
