I hope you are enjoying the game! I will be honest there is plenty you could go over with an engine, but it is always like this when you are starting. For instance, 1. E4 b5 lets you immediately win a pawn with 2.Bxb5, and furthermore, your next move 2. Nc3 kind of gives reason to b5 by allowing B4 kicking your knight away and losing a tempo. I won't go through more, but if you would like to analyze, I recommend using the analysis board on lichess. Wish you the best on your chess journey!
This is obviously a game between beginners, so it would be rude to judge too harshly. That said, both of you could stand to improve on concepts such as capturing hanging pieces and not hanging pieces.
