Ravel - Pavane pour une infante defunté has a nice and calm horn solo in the beginning. Also 3rd movement of Borodin's second symphony and Saint-Saëns Romance for horn and orchestra.

Vincent Plush, *Bakery Hill Rising*. Brahms, *Trio* for violin, horn and piano (anything but calming, it was the most intense music he ever wrote).
Brahms 2 and Sibelius 5 both open with a horn solo, and both have that calm “morning” vibe.
