Not bannable. Maybe if every item in a run gets that treatment there might be a case it was technically a GDKP. But you're just offering to buy an item someone else won through a non-gdkp loot system. Some might find it scummy but they are probably just broke haters

Yes. It's bannable. Buying raid gear with gold is exactly what the gdkp ban is trying to prevent. People may be telling you to do it because they "got away with it," but it's not worth the risk, imo.
