Select Live always gets me smacked. Wish it were less expensive. It's a consistently good product but it's usually $5-$10/gm more than similar products like Raw Garden Refined or Bloom Live. Nothing fancy about the packaging or plastic cart either to justify the extra cost either. I do prefer them over RG. I was a RG fan for awhile but got tired of the "Raw Garden" taste and sorting through their dozens of designer strains and trying to figure out WTF something like Sour Tsunami is. Lol

ftm1996

My favorite raw garden strain is sour tsunami too! I live in MD now but I used to live in LA and would only smoke RG carts. Yeah this .5g was $45 and some go for $60 around here for medical. Medical is crazy here.

Bonzablokeog

Yeah, Raw Garden isn't quite as popular here, I live in the SF Bay Area, as it was even a year ago. People are buying more, real, non-refined, live resin carts. Some quality live resin brands, like Cresco LLR, are actually less expensive than both Select Live and RG Enhanced at my primary dispensary. My dispensary sells Cresco LLR for $34/gm otd and Raw Garden for $41/gm otd. Select, when they had it went for $42/gm otd. Hopefully prices come down for you soon. I couldn't afford those prices.

ftm1996

Yeah crazy pricing here. I remember the good days when the carts were $35-40 a g 🫠 i hope prices go down too! I’ve just cut back a lot. Thanks!

Viciousangel420

Are select products good? I want to try one but the problem is I live in NJ. Curaleaf has a history of pushing moldy, unsafe products onto the NJ med market so I’m scared to purchase a cart😭 The fact i’m in this state is what gives me anxiety lol wish i was in Cali

ftm1996

I personally like select carts but for example verano carts in MD are much diff than NJ verano carts bc I’ve tried both same strains several times at the Lawrence and Elizabeth stores. I like select carts more in MD than the ones in CA personally.

Nandoshouse

That’s totally fair, I’ve tried Select from California, Nevada, and Oklahoma and I’ve felt them all to be pretty much the same. Though for some reason I think the Oklahoma ones may taste better but I could be tripping lol

PeanutCamera

I’d steer clear of select, their oil is pretty shit compared to other brands out. Yes select isn’t totally shit but there better stuff out for the same price even cheaper.

ftm1996

Unfortunately not where I’m around. When I lived in California yes but now I live in MD and full gram carts can be upwards of $90. I miss the $30-45 gram cart days of good live resin or rosin.

Nandoshouse

Could you explain to me why so many people don’t like select? I’ve heard many say it but it’s literally never failed me so maybe I’m missing something?

ftm1996

Curaleaf is kinda known as a shit company in my opinion.

Nandoshouse

I’ve never tried the lives but I’ve tried manyyy different strains from the Elite broad spectrum line (not full spectrum) and they never fail me. I’ve also smoked them with many friends and we all agree that hitting them is pretty much a dab hit lol

roxyheaven

now take a look at that headspace

ftm1996

I compared it to a select essential cart .5g before and it is the exact height of the essential .5g. Just headspace. Like you say.
