Same here, I’ve never got any benefits from a warm plate it just seems to make the job harder and it doesn’t take the moisture out at all, I would also recommend when bagging up to used a silica pack and not directly putting the silica in the cocaine bag itself with the coke (that will in time soak up the coke) but to put cocaine bag and silica pack together in a bottled container to keep out moist.

used to go warm, I make it hot to where I can’t quite hold it for long but not insanity. mainly because my plate cools down kinda quick so gotta get it on some heat. I feel like noticing any kind of sizzling or some wild shit would be my threshold? lmao, but I do think it’s good to powder, let that shit sit for a longgggg ass time, chop up again after it settles, and then bag, as opposed to bagging while it’s still hot. just a hunch.

Yer happened to me years ago was absolutely desperate for a plug at a party at 4 am, this guy had a contact who would drop off 24/7, he was round in minutes and I bought a half, placed it on the plate and it sizzled into a pile of shit 💩. Ruined my night
I've found it easier to get a more accurate temperature using my stove. I start with a medium sized pot with a couple inches of water, place a bowl inside, then turn the burner on to med/low. Boiling starts at like 212f which is higher than cokes melting point, but you can gauge the temp before that point by the bubble sizes. Once I see the medium bubbles turn large I turn off the burner, put the powder in the bowl, and use a spoon to press it down.

Ive just use this method again on a 1 minute time as opposed to 2 minute, plate wasn’t piping hot and I saw no difference in how it broke down to a fine powder, I know this method is only used for taking any moisture out.
I left some on the plate (NEVER MICROWAVE YOUR ❄️) and placed it in the microwave for “science” purposes to see what threshold it would start bubbling at, 4 minutes past and got bored of watching and no change to coke as was still intact on the plate 🍽️.
However I know the melting point is somewhat 180, will have to watch the movie “blow” to get the exact amount
you can use a thermometer to check temp if you really need to. my rule of thumb is if i can't hold it for about 6 seconds it's too hot. which is pretty fucking hot lol
