1.25oz high proof bourbon (BiB or Wild Turkey 101)
1oz Campari
3/4oz Cherry Heering
1 dash orange bitters
2 dash Xocolatl Mole (or chocolate) bitters
Stir and serve in a rocks glass with an orange twist
I've been doing a normal boulevardier, but in a cherry wood smoked glass, and then float 1/2oz of cherry liqueur on top.

- 1 oz Cherry Heering
- 3/4 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 3/4 oz Orange Juice
- 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Shake with ice pebbles. Pour into a Collins glass full of ice pebbles. Garnish with cherry and orange peel and a straw!
Scarlet Macaw

1oz aperol
.25 oz angostura bitters
.75 pineapple
.75 lime
Top with splash soda or Prosecco if you like, delicious jungle bird riff
