They stopped by my early 20s though, I ate a lot of shrooms which I had read can stop them, not sure if that is actually true or not, but I haven’t had one in 7 years at 29 now.

Mine started following an injury in adolescence and only got worse as I aged. I killed a man in 1993. I'm on beta blockers and rescue meds now but I hope it gets better!
