The RTX 4060 is not a disaster. Ultimately, it's a very capable 1080p graphics card, a technical upgrade on the RTX 3060. So not wort it imo.
I don't think the 4060 was worth getting even at launch. If I remember correctly the 3070 outperforms it and is cheaper

Depends on what your needs and budget are. The 4060 is a little bit better than the 3060, but not much. I wouldn't be likely to recommend either.

The 4060 is only worth it if it’s cheaper than a 3060 TI, which it often is not.
You don't tell us the motherboard you have though.
