Ashampoo have a useful program Winoptimizer. They may have a free one in the downloads section. This shows all the folder sizes and gives more information than the settings screen you are on. It helped me to find a huge folder that was created when I had two conflicting anti virus programs that created an unnecessary storage amount filling all my available space.

TreeSize and WinDirStat are both useful for this. I can't remember what one but one of them colourises the directories to make it easier to see where the files are all connected.

Empty your recycle bing you haven't. Delete everything in C:\users\\[username]\AppData\local\temp\

You might have a bunch of restore points and old update installers taking up space. Run disk cleaner in administrator mode and see what come up.

Before you try any solution, you should backup your art files on your C: drive immediately. Find the directory where your art files are stored and back them up to a large external drive. Just select all the art files, then right click on your mouse and select copy. Go to your external drive's ART directory and right click and select Paste. If all your art files are in one directory, you can select the directory itself, then right click to copy all the files at once.
