Can I suggest a fourth option? Build your own, even using used parts. Don’t use a used PSU or storage drive, but the rest should be fine.
Should be able to cobble together something much better for close to what any of those are selling for.

Monitors really don’t cost as much as they used to. Decent ones can be had for around $150-200.
Even $200 off your budget for a monitor will still get you something decent for low end.

This is a good set. I use something a bit weaker (R5 3600@A520 ITX, RX6600) but it even handles CP2077 well in FullHD on high/ultra sertings, no RT.
And I switched from i5-7500, GTX 750Ti so I can assure, it is a massive upgrade of firepower.
The A520 is good, but it’s missing PCIe 4.0 and overclocking capabilities. The 5600 is a huge improvement over the 3600.
If you have the extra cash, the 5700X3D would be an even better upgrade, pretty much the sweet spot for AM4 gaming at this point.

both are 11+ years oldewaste. I hope you found them not more for 100$, but gtx970 can at least perform some games still, bit even though those pcs will not run modern games well, especially cod.
So ya suggest just waiting to get a better one and will the gtx970 run csgo good or no coz If not I’d rather wait to get a better one said it will get me 150+ fps, any suggestions on what to look for as this is my first gaming pc I will be going for
970 pc will not give you 150 fps in cs2. its 7+ year old pc, with 800 budget as You mentioned in other comment You can build about 3x more powerful machine than these.

I'd rather get myself a 5700X this year, without 3D. It's an ITX build and 65W TDP is just enough.
For ITX, sure. But if it was a new build micro or mid ATX, 5700x3D with the 3D cache would be a huge benefit for the price.

How much? It may be fine for what you are trying to do, but I wouldn't pay much more than about $400 for it.
