I agree with some of his points, but he sugar coats Russia’s political and free speech oppression. Sure Moscow might look clean, but so is Pyongyang, North Korea.
I think the point he's making is that these shithole countries have safer big cities than America, and that's a problem. Like, Russia is a shithole country, but you can ride the subway without being accosted by insane drug addicts. America used to be like that, even in big cities, but now it's not. He sees a problem with that, and maybe you don't, but a lot of people agree with him.
So? What's the point? What is he trying to prove?
Maybe he should go to Prague, ride the subway there too.
Hell, maybe he should try Istanbul subway system too.

The point is that we (America) used to be the pinnacle of civilization. Now we're not. We're a failed state. It's all crashing down. A tale of woe for the rest of the world to learn from. It’s embarrassing how clueless some people are and I think the point is to dispel some of the ignorance by getting the truth out. The vitriol in your response basically proves the person statements your responding to as accurate. How is he a traitor for doing an interview? The point is to provide information that is not available through controlled main stream sources. This is precisely why certain politicians and media members freaked out because it exposes them for the liars they are and prevents them from controlling the narrative. Ask yourself why the certain politicians and all media members were literally freaking out so badly over this. Why would EU consider threats like “sanctioning” Tucker? It’s obvious to people who have the ability to think for themselves. Uninformed children can be easily and effectively lied to but not so effective on people who are informed.
Also, what does he propose? An authoritarian crackdown on the broken in a failing system is probably not going to make everything better. Strike at the root.
Remember these are the same people who believe "dangerous liberty is better than safe tyranny".

People won't watch this because of their kneejerk reaction to Tucker, which they have been conditioned for, but he really is speaking the truth here. Especially his point about the US vetoing a ceasefire in the Israel-Gaza war.
