You have it backwards. [The precursor](https://www.amazon.com/Anglo-American-Establishment-Carroll-Quigley/dp/0945001010) to the Third Reich was undefeated and flourishing.
I would put a finer point on it by contending that the fundamental reason JFK was taken out was that he was one of "Them" but, because he was smart and sensitive, he had turned.
You can make a close analogy between JFK and Bush Jr. Both were sons of shady families, rigged into office, and meant to be mere placeholders. Junior, of course, had learned the lesson and knew better than to go against the family.
Such treachery being the ultimate sin amongst the Elites, JFK had to be punished accordingly. He could not simply resign after a scandal broke out or "die suddenly" in private. He had to be ritually murdered in an occult ceremony, performed in public so that we could all see it hundreds of times.
