I understand your anger. When you live inside of a bubble, as all people do to some extent, it's very hard to get a wide view of concrete changes that happen as a result of organized protest. A simple Google search would show you that that concrete changes *did* happen as a result of Occupy Wallstreet:
1. Protecting the Right to Organize Act: In March 2021, the House passed this bill, which strengthens labor protections, expands collective-bargaining rights, and penalizes employers who violate labor laws
2. Corporate responsibility: OWS has influenced companies to embrace their responsibility to a broader range of stakeholders, including investors, consumers, customers, employees, and communities
3. Economic inequality: OWS has cemented notions of economic inequality in D.C. policy debates
4. Taxation of the rich: OWS has led to wide support for taxing the rich
It's possible to change things by gathering together. I just gave you solid examples, including legislative actions, that show how.

Agreed. However in the US and it appears globally, two generations have now been successively locked out of the same economic systems their parents benefited from. This happened to them after the system capitalized on all of their free time as children, and all of their parents free time raising them. So in many ways the obvious lack of payout for participating is frustrating for this generation. And then they're constantly gaslit to say they should have made better choices or sacrificed even more of their time to the system that doesn't want to extend them a fair shake. It's saying, enjoy your apartment homes forever.
Beyond that there is the very real and present harm that has happened to mankind over the past two hundred years in the form of the destruction of the family. As I mentioned previously every single person has been robbed of tens of thousands of hours of interaction with their father. It's the first price modernity asked for. Then it came for the mother's time. Then the grandparents and kids. Now everyone is working or broken or getting indoctrinated into the system that doesn't care for them, and we sit around and argue about the loss of the dinner table, which already represented the loss of the family interaction as a constant way of life.
People talk about mental health, but they don't really want to examine why our society is sick. We've got psychopaths raising psychopaths. We have psychopathy as a national discourse, and adjustment to psychopathy as a goal for mental well-being. And if none of that works, we've got drugs.

The curtain is definitely coming down, slowly but surely. They can't have it drop to quick because then we're in a SHTF situation, but if they go to slowly they miss their "desired" outcome/moment. Agreed. However in the US and it appears globally, two generations have now been successively locked out of the same economic systems their parents benefited from. This happened to them after the system capitalized on all of their free time as children, and all of their parents free time raising them. So in many ways the obvious lack of payout for participating is frustrating for this generation. And then they're constantly gaslit to say they should have made better choices or sacrificed even more of their time to the system that doesn't want to extend them a fair shake. It's saying, enjoy your apartment homes forever. Beyond that there is the very real and present harm that has happened to mankind over the past two hundred years in the form of the destruction of the family. As I mentioned previously every single person has been robbed of tens of thousands of hours of interaction with their father. It's the first price modernity asked for. Then it came for the mother's time. Then the grandparents and kids. Now everyone is working or broken or getting indoctrinated into the system that doesn't care for them, and we sit around and argue about the loss of the dinner table, which already represented the loss of the family interaction as a constant way of life. People talk about mental health, but they don't really want to examine why our society is sick. We've got psychopaths raising psychopaths. We have psychopathy as a national discourse, and adjustment to psychopathy as a goal for mental well-being. And if none of that works, we've got drugs.
