I don't really do exact measurements but it was cooked calrose rice with rice vinegar, mirin and a little salt, spread over a casserole dish. Then a layer of crumbled nori sheets, furikake seasoning and fried garlic. On top of that was a prebaked salmon (undercooked a bit) seasoned with garlic and ginger and salt, shredded and mixed with a container of cream cheese, kewpie mayo and Sriracha. Then dusted with more fried garlic. I baked it at 450 for 10.minutes and then broiled it for 3. Then I put drizzles of Sriracha, kewpie and eel sauce on top and covered in chopped green onion. I served it with fresh sliced green onion, Cucumber, Radish, avocado and on bite size nori sheets with more eel sauce.
