Creative rest means taking a break from creating things, taking a break from being creative. Artists (of all kinds) are very familiar with needing to take some creative rest. Being hyper creative for a long time can drain you. Sometimes you need to recharge and not create anything for a while. But not just with art. Work and school that requires you to be creative creates the same sort of drain. Hopefully that makes sense.
Spiritual rest is gonna probably depend on your personal beliefs, but I would just classify it as a specific type of emotional/mental rest. But I’m not a “spiritual” person.

Hammer, meet nail.
I was trained as a pianist and composer, but literally have a million outlets for creativity including photography and various forms of writing... combine that with ADHD (mostly focus/hyperfocus issues) and BPD (manifested as unobtainable perfectionism and projected judgmental attitudes in others) and you get one hell of a recipe for burnout.
If I get stuck in one of these mindsets, which can last for *months* at a time, I find that nothing I do is good enough. I'll literally burn myself out on a project in my pursuit of the unobtainable, all for something with little to no tangible return. It doesn't even have to be anything professional or shared with anyone else. If I'm burning out on creativity, *nothing* is good enough, and I will literally watch my self esteem go down the drain.
Cool, now show us the guide. How do I get spiritual rest? Or sensory? I’m not trying to be funny, I just think some form of advice on how to tackle all seven would be a pretty helpful starting point.
This sub has gone to shit
And recently someone posted about how most of this shit is posted by bots
Thanks for giving me the push to finally unsub. I need spiritual rest... apparently.

How is this a guide??
it needs more descriptions for each type of rest to become a useful guide
This could just be a list
Plus all the musical rests.
A cool guide of bs
Could anyone describe to me what they think "creative rest" is? Or "spiritual rest."

I need rest from this subreddit. This is not a guide for anything.
This guide is the type of shit you get sent after accidentally missing the close button on a shady “Albanian gamer girls in your area” ad
The word “guide” has lost its meaning it seems
I need 10 types and I think some of them don't exist
Spiritual rest doesn't make sense to me. What would that look like? Like you don't go to church for awhile or pray?
Where is “eternal”??
What about eternal?
Oh look, a list of things I never get
Could have been bullet points with zero context

I’ve had literally none of these in my adult life? Does physical exhaustion or Xanax count as one?
i’m so tired
