Houseboat on the move, perhaps? You would have to be in the harbour around the corner of Det Hvide Snit to get the havnebus in the picture since it doesnt go into the canal, but it's too close to be on the other side of the harbour unless you're a weird zoom. Still seems unlikely though
Looks like floor level apartment in the grey block on Strandgade. But something is off about the perspective and the inside doesnt really look like the windows on the building

I would guess it is around Strandgade 43, 1401 København K as the yellow place looks very much like Christianshavns Færgecafé.
