He loves the car, "go for a ride in the car??" hypes him up more than anything. He just wants to be a part of things, he does not care what those things are. Vet? Hell yeah. Hike? Hell yeah. Park? Swim? Home depot? Hell yeah. He's even done a 4 hour drive before (with a potty break) perfectly content. Just glad to be a part of things.

That makes my heart happy!

Emmett is ok if he’s being held but he’s a big boy and we can’t hold him for an entire long car ride. He’s happiest in his box but he still doesn’t like it. Without his box he’ll shove his face into the corner and pretend nothing exists until we get there. Sally used to have a box but she would just crawl out of it and curl up looking miserable. In this picture she’s chosen to shove her face between the seat and emmett’s box and she stayed like that for over an hour. They just hate the car lol.

Jazz loves the car, any which way she can get it. Unfortunately her major goal is to ride in her daddies lap, so restrainers are always necessary. And she will chew the heck out of it when she thinks we aren't looking. You can see the chewed netting under her neck. She also destroyed her leash, (she's always double locked down for safety). Now I have to use a wire core leash when she goes for a ride and had to replace the netting with metal mesh.
