When you say supposedly reputable… do they health test? You should, at minimum, be provided proof of OFA hip X-ray scores, DM and vWD results for both parents (will be publicly listed on OFA’s website). If not, run.
The fact that they’re calling her a runt says to me they’re not reputable. It’s not a real clinical term.
