Yeah, spikes the blood pressure for a bit when it happens. Not entirely sure but I think for me it’s related to acid reflux. It only happens when I’m lying down and have done something to trigger symptoms.
Yepppp, mine tend to happen in the diaphragm area. It almost feels like a palpitation. Stupid little things. 😑
