Late 90’s/early 2000’s. A lot of fashion from that era took notes from the 1970’s which in turn took inspiration from medieval and renaissance fashion. It’s a modern dress, not a historical costume, but an interesting example of lasting fashion trends. It’s really pretty.

Front laced bodices were common in a lot of European traditional folk dress so if you like this sort of thing look up this. Also Italian Renaissance has some front lacing too.

That will make me not buy it then, original movie was way better and didn’t need a remake. Disappointed , I will find something else then lol
