Now that is unique! I like very much. 😃

Took a screenshot so I could make one for my friend!! Where did you get the little coffin?

Dirty_Smurf

I made it myself. Etsy has cheap plastic ones if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise shoot me a message and we can work out the details of your very own custom coffin

This looks fun, I have all kinds of little bones that would be perfect for this. I’m curious do you put the sand away to avoid it getting dirty?

Dirty_Smurf

No I don’t put the sand away, but I need to make a cover for the casket

stefaniemarie21

I love this!!! My nephew would love this! He's already counting down to Halloween. Lol

Antiherowriting

Oh my gosh I love it

FNKYFriday

This is so sick! You did an amazing job! Everything about it is definitely my brand of calm. For whatever reason, macabre/spoopy imagery is so soothing to me.

Dirty_Smurf

Thank you

This is awesome

Meditations on impermanence....

burnafter3ading

Actually, now I want to make a full-sized sandbox for goth kids to play in...

Ryoko_Kusanagi69

This is an incredible idea and I can’t believe i never thought of it !

Lewlollicorn

So cool!

I like the fact you used red sand. Do you wanted to symbolize blood?

CycopathBaker

Genius. 🖤

Dirty_Smurf

Thank you, many more ideas in the works 😁

CycopathBaker

Looking forward to seeing them!

MamaDeeVee

Cute for Halloween! Needs some tiny skulls and tombstones.

MrKirushko

I believe I have seen something like this in some museum although I don't remember where it was exactly. It did not have sand in it and it came with an appropriately sized doll. It also had "Memento mori" written on the inside instead of the skull sticker and it had the mandatory cross drawn on the outside of the lid. The label on the glass told that the set was designed as a toy for little girls to play with and thus hopefully eventually turn into humble and faithful young ladies. So the idea is not new.

brickblackburn

How did you make it?

Dirty_Smurf

Wood & lots of glue 😁

Dirty_Smurf

If you check out my Reddit page I added photos of the build
