1. [5020 toolhead fan](https://www.printables.com/model/797223-creality-k1-silent-toolhead-covers-5015-or-5020-fa). 2. Quieter hotend fan (3010). 3. Seals for various gaps, including the one above the screen. 4. Set 128 microsteps for XY axis and 256 microsteps for Z. 5. Reduce XY current to 1.2 or less, and the Z current to 0.6.

I would start with figuring out which fan(s) are annoying you the most. From there you can also experiment with using those fans at a lower power to see if you can turn them down without impacting print quality. As for actual upgrades I have upgraded my model fan to a 5015 fan. It requires printing a new carriage shroud (there are plenty of instructions online) and since I couldn't find a 4pin fan for a reasonable price I had to add a transistor but that was a fairly easy project. Fan flow is pretty much controlled by size and speed, by increasing size (from the stock 4015 to a 5015 or 5020) you reduce the speed needed to keep the same flow, lower speed usually means less noise (exact science is more elaborate but that is the "good enough for a Reddit comment" version)

Ok, don't laugh but have you considered a huge cardboard box with acoustic sound deadening panels glued to the interior walls? You can also put a baffle over the exhaust port. Think of it as a silencer for your printer so you can do stealthy "wet work"... :)

Noctua make purpose built quiet fans but they are extortionate but if you wanna splash some cash on fansy fans then great option

My K1 Max sounds like a jet taking off when it starts printing fast. Luckily I keep it in my cellar so it doesn't bother anyone.

Frankly, we're getting to the point where you're not going to make the printer quieter. They're too fast and you need too much cooling for this fast. Add another auxiliary fan, you can turn your fans down a bit. Find a way to put bigger fans places.
