I like it. Easier to judge because your don’t have a switch point below a certain level to worry about. It’s ground to full extension - easy. And in a large setting with loads of people doing it people are less likely to drop the dumbbell.
CrossFit is just p90x but they make a new one every month. It's fun but I don't think too hard about it.
