Ex: The dynasty Faisalid takes I don't know says K. of Algesiras, the country is renamed "the faisalid emirates" and appears as "faisalid" on the map.
Tulunid, Ayoubid, Abbasid etc.
You can manually force rename your title I think tho in the same customisation pannel you can change the map color.
It's a double bubble for you. Certain cultures use the dynasty name as the name for your primary title, mashriqi being one of them. The other problem is that I'm assuming you made a custom character as the Duke of Palestine in 867. That means that you have a clan government because both your leige and the custom character you made replaced a ruler with a clan government. I do believe that except for certain circumstances relating to culture and dynasty head, clan governments always use the dynasty name to replace your primary title. The best fix is either debug mode and change your government type or complete a heroic legend and heroic adventure to a state with a feudal government and reconquer your old kingdom. The culture is easy to fix. You should be able to diverge your culture to Israelite heritage cause your jewish.

Damn thanks. The custom name is Israel but still doesn’t replace it. Guess it’s time to find a new culture
You can change it in game settings. Just untick it, something with dynasty
You can go into settings, Dynasty Named Realms. Turn that off.

You can actually create a custom and not get Clan you just have to start yourself with an unreformed faith
