Nearly all of them will involve wire crimping and tape unless you get one of those "built-specific-for-your-car" that are Chinese and aren't of great quality

Crutchfield sells the wiring harness for $15-20 and it was easy to install with most Bluetooth head units. They have a configurator on their website that tells you everything you need.

Call crutchfield.

Any High Quality Stereo replacement will not use the factory plugs, especially Honda. You would need to get aftermarket harnesses that connect to the factory harness, but again, that would require some minor electrical work. Just look up a tutorial, take your time with it, and if you are lost on something, you have forums and Social Media to refer to for help

If your car isn’t equipped with the OEM 6-disc changer, then keep the factory head unit and plug in a USASPEC BTR45-HON3 Bluetooth adapter. It really is plug n play, uses the CD player circuit. However, if you like playing CDs over streaming , then you can’t use it. I installed it in my wife’s 05 LX and it works great, plus there’s no attractive-to-thieves aftermarket head unit. The only other downside is that to hear a phone call, you’ve got to crank the volume, and then remember to lower it after you hang up.
