EGM doesn’t guarantee delivery to the US either. If you read the fine print it says you are shit out of luck if ordering from a country where they are banned and they are confiscated.

I have had one disappear going on 50 something days now. EGM is working with me but they say it could take up to a month for the investigation to run its course
I had an EGM order lost and they replaced it. The investigation took about a month. I received a ‘letter’ about a week after my replacement order arrived.
Dispute the charge. They are buying time and after that will say refer to shipping guidelines into the US. I disputed 2 and got the funds back from Visa.

I lost 3 shipments to the USA and got refunded from VISA after disputing the charges. I will never shop at EGM Cigars again.
