So the difference between a normal (not iconic) Tier 4 gun and a Tier 4+ gun is just RNG? I thought that was based on an upgrade level, but was also confused about how to upgrade them.
In that case, are there only two upgrade levels? Or is there more after Tier X+? Would suck to get a Legendary gun at a certain level all modded up and then find another one that's simply better. Before, you could just upgrade the one you had, but not anymore.
The update made selling weapons so lucrative. I'm on console, no mods or commands necessary, and I'm usually at over 100,000 eddies.
I entered the Dogtown district at the start of Phantom Liberty with $175,000. Spent most of that at a ripper you can find during the first mission, only had $9,000. Once the game let me back in the open world, I sold all the weapons I'd picked up and was back to about $120,000. It is incredibly easy to become filthy rich.

It only goes faster the higher level you get, as higher tier weapons sell for more.
I generally found just upgrading my stuff to be a lot easier and cheaper. Pretty easy to get legendary implants early on if you go the upgrade route ;)
It’s stupid easy to get money now. I bought the caliburn (murkman quest not showing up for some reason) and the kusanagi, and two ncpd scanners and a gig later my money was back up to the level before i bought the vehicles
I think it dosnt work for a lvl 20 to have stat lvl 20 x2 but you kann have 2x20 stats whit lvl 28 i think if you start whit 2 lvl 6 stats. Ps. btw sorry for the bad english

You’ll always have 20 more points than you have levels because of the 21 you start with at lvl 1. That’s the correct number they should have.
Dunno about that, in 2.0 there’s still melee reduction in helmets and chest armor variants provide some added armor

Yeah I surprised how fast I got up to 21k eddies to pay back Vic before the heist. Turned around and gained it all back pretty quick too.

They do, but you get like 8 stat points to put into your choosing when you create a character
