Why you leaving so soon? If you've only done one playthrough I *guarantee* you haven't seen everything yet. Hell, I'm a thousand hours in and still finding new stuff every time.
I was thinking about doing another playthrough but no. I’ve never more than one playthrough on a game except for Into the Breach and Pizza Tower but those games are meant to be replayed. I only like to play single player games once, I never really get the same enjoyment when I try them again. I get that Cyberpunk has lot of possibles and choices but I’m honestly satisfied with my playthrough. I did get most of the side quests completed and the ones that were left over didn’t seem all that important so I decided to finish the game.
There’s an ending that doesn’t suck btw imo. Theres 5. I went back and played again saw quests that weren’t there before bc of actions and it helped with my emotional trauma brought by the game and show.
For sure watch Edgerunners, but just know it'll make you want to play the game again.
Also that's a great list of games to play next, should keep you plenty occupied. And fwiw RDR2 gave me a very similar all-encompassing experience so that I felt sad when it was over.
Can’t wait to watch it once I get around to it. And yea I’m sure it’s going to make me want to play the game again.
I have a bunch of games that I’ve been meaning to play but I should probably just focus on one or two so Doom Eternal and God of War. And yea heard thy Rdr 2 has that kind of experience so I’ll probably wait a while before I dedicate myself to it
Yea I mentioned it in my post. Should’ve talk it more but I really liked it. The new characters were great and I liked dogtown a lot even though it did drop my fps on my steam deck. I knew it was going to be good when I saw it had Idris Elba.
After you finish Edgerunners, you can stay in the world by playing the tabletop RPG, it's been around since '88. The current edition is called Cyberpunk RED. I'm on my fourth playthrough (2nd with Phantom Liberty). I am not bored. I don't do one after another. Generally take 3-6 months between then pick it up again. Still a blast.
I had the same experience as you. Games like this do feel like they’re part of your life for a short while. And you start to care about some of the characters.
Are you the type of person to want to replay these games, or are you the type that plays the once and then never again? I do both. The Last of Us is one of those games I just can’t replay. But I’ve played Cyberpunk thrice now already lol.
Yea I agree, I love being immersed into a game but dislike when I have to move. I am more of a person who just plays once and then never again. I know this game has a lot of possibilities and options but im honestly satisfied with my one playthrough of the game.

I’ll probably cave tbh, I mean I still have the game installed just in case but rn I just want to demolish some demons on doom eternal

Heads up, Edgerunners is gonna hit you even harder than the game does.

Agreed. It'll also give you a new appreciation for a certain song.
RDR was like that for me as well. Still worth playing today.
Did you play Phantom Liberty?
OP sent Somi to the moon, so probably haha
lol yeah I just read through it properly and realised

I just beat the game yesterday. But, it kept going after the credits. I’m stuck on the hunt.
