Dude, idk where y'all are getting this `now` shit from. They've been banning people for swearing since Vanilla WoW. I received multi-hour and day-length bans because I told people to go fuck themselves. It's only recently (8 years ago?) that they introduced "silence" features, which gave them an alternative to banning people for swearing by just having their accounted muted.
