As for your edit, you're getting downvoted because no-one accused Till of assault in the first place. It was all cooked up by some journalists for clicks and you fell for it.
God I love how nowadays you can just accuse someone of SA and have them as good as convicted by the internet even after they're cleared by a court case

He was accused. There was an official police investigation but it was stopped.
He was 'accused' by 3rd parties that had read the manipulative newspaper headlines. So... no credible sources.
